PTFE TESTING: This comprehensive evaluation includes visual, dimensional, specific gravity, and tensile tests. Detailed records of these tests are meticulously maintained, providing a robust foundation for continuous improvement and quality assurance.
VISUAL AND DIMENSIONAL TESTING: Before proceeding to Electrostatic and Hydro Test, rigorous visual and dimensional inspections are conducted on each product. This ensures not only compliance with stringent quality standards but also guarantees impeccable craftsmanship and precision engineering.
SPARK TEST: Prior to deployment, every single product undergoes a rigorous spark test, subjecting it to (ASTM F 1545-2003) 15 KV DC suitable for non-vacuum application to ensure optimal performance and safety.
HYDRO TEST: Our commitment to uncompromising quality extends to hydro testing. Each product is subjected to rigorous hydrostatic testing at (ASTM F 1545-2003) 29 Kg/cm² for a duration of 3 minutes, guaranteeing structural integrity and reliability under pressure.
- To ensure the integrity of the equipment.
- To ensure the leakage in equipment.
- To ensure the strength of the weld joints & material.
- To ensure the strength of the nozzle flange joints.
- Ensures safe and reliable performance during the operational life.
TRACEABILITY: All products are marked with hard punches at every stage of the production process. These punches encode critical information including the year, month, and product serial number, enabling swift identification and reference, further bolstering our commitment to quality assurance and customer satisfaction.
CERTIFICATES WITH END PRODUCT: With each product, customers receive a comprehensive package of documentation, including Material Test Certificates (MTC) as well as a comprehensive Quality Control (QC) report.
