VISUAL AND DIMENSIONAL TESTING: Before proceeding to Electrostatic and Hydro Test, rigorous visual and dimensional inspections are conducted on each product. This ensures not only compliance with stringent quality standards but also guarantees impeccable craftsmanship and precision engineering.
SPARK TEST: Prior to deployment, every single product undergoes a rigorous spark test, subjecting it to (ASTM F 1545-2003) 15 KV DC suitable for non-vacuum application to ensure optimal performance and safety.
HYDRO TEST: Our commitment to uncompromising quality extends to hydro testing. Each product is subjected to rigorous hydrostatic testing at (ASTM F 1545-2003) 29 Kg/cm² for a duration of 3 minutes, guaranteeing structural integrity and reliability under pressure.

CERTIFICATES WITH END PRODUCT: With each product, customers receive a comprehensive package of documentation, including Material Test Certificates (MTC) as well as a comprehensive Quality Control (QC) report.
